Accounts and Membership

1. Account Creation: Users must create an account and be logged in to use Vault Hub. During account creation, users must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

2. Subscription Requirement: While all users can create one vault, subscribing to our service is required to create more than one vault and apply passcodes to any vault. Access to the security health dashboard and the ability to change the app's color theme are also exclusive benefits available to subscribers.

3. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

Usage Terms

1. User Conduct: You agree not to use Vault Hub in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the App or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the App; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

2. Content: You are responsible for the security of your data that you choose to store in Vault Hub. We do not claim ownership of the content you provide on the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
